Payment & Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, due to high no-show rates, all appointments will now be scheduled through our website and paid in advance.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will lose your non-refundable payment.
The fee will not be applied if you reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment via emailing us at AlternativeHealthFoodStore@gmail.com or text us at 850-610-3729. Phone calls will not be accepted as we need written confirmation.
The Alternative Health Food Store does not take insurance.
We are also NOT a qualified business for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA). Clients risk a 20% tax penalty for using an HSA or FSA account at the Alterative Health Food Store.

Angel works with you on balancing your hormones according to the Hormone Heaven Framework of balancing the minerals, then cortisol, insulin, thyroid, and sex hormones.
